Not everyone needs a wedding planner; let’s be honest it’s not rocket science and thousands of couples every year manage to organise a wedding without a professional planner on board.

But every couple at some point doubts whether they’ve got it in them. Even the most organised brides and laid-back grooms will be hit by wedding overwhelm at some stage in the planning process (I’ve yet to meet a couple who hasn’t muttered the words ‘shall we just elope?’ at least once!)

That’s why I’m super excited to launch a shiny new service –  Pay as You Plan – which offers the support you need in a flexible and cost effective way.

Who is it for?

Pretty much anyone who’s organising their wedding, whether you’re newly engaged and unsure where to start, have hit the all-too-common planning plateau or want to ensure that your imminent wedding day runs without a hitch.

It’s perfect for brides and grooms who don’t want to relinquish their plans entirely but need a little lift to get back on track; think of it as the extra shot in your wedding planning latte!

What exactly does it involve?

A 2-hour meeting (via skype, phone or face-to-face) with a professional wedding planner to use exactly as you please. The service is designed to boost your planning confidence and leave you feeling empowered to face your big-day plans head on.

The content of the session can be tailored to the specific areas you need support with. The options are therefore pretty much limitless but could include:

  • Creating a wedding planning checklist
  • Setting up a wedding budget tracker
  • Reviewing your venue or supplier shortlists
  • Styling your wedding day
  • Working through any tricky etiquette issues
  • Producing a super detailed wedding day schedule
  • Reviewing your well-laid plans to ensure you’re big day ready!

What’s the investment?

A 2 hour session costs just £70. Travel within a 10 mile radius of  Wokingham is also included for face-to-meetings. Beyond this  a small charge will apply.
